Clinic Terms and Conditions

Consultation 


Our consultations are a necessary step to start your journey with us. Our treatments are medical grade and change skin behaviour on a cellular level. Our practitioners will thoroughly look through your medical history, talk about your concerns, pay attention to your skin, hair and body.   We will talk through our treatment options, build your treatment plan to give you the best outcomes possible. Our approach will allow us to use multimodality approach to help you achieve your goal and target your concerns.  After all,

your body is your temple.
 

Our Consultation are 45-60 minutes and priced at £50 ( redeemable towards your treatments ). 
 

We require you to give us written consent prior to any treatments.  You may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate your treatment verbally. We will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party. We are PCI compliant and take data security seriously.


Patch test 


If your treatments require a patch test, we will book this in advance, maximum 48 hours prior to your treatment. Temple clinic reserve the right not to perform the treatment if the results of your patch test are negative or cause an unwanted reaction.  Patch tests are free of charge for the majority of our treatments.

Review 


Review appointments are within 2 weeks of your original appointment and the purpose is to assess the results of your previous treatment.

After 2 weeks of any treatment performed, it will not be refundable.
However, treatment reviews may be carried out between 2 and 3 weeks following treatment. Reviews will never be performed when there is evidence of swelling, bruising, inflammation or pain. 

One treatment review will be performed per treatment and never outside the 3 weeks period following treatment.  Reviews refer to the treatment delivered and include the agreed volumes and doses of any used and paid for product. Additional services or products will be charged accordingly.

 

Cancellation & Lateness Fees


Due to respect for our practitioners and our patients time, as well as limited availability of our practitioners,  cancellation fees will apply. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hour notice in order to reassign your appointment time to another patient. If you cannot make your appointment or want to reschedule it to another date, you must do it within our 48 hour time frame.
 

Missed appointments, arriving late (15 minutes or more) to your appointment or failure to give the required notice will result in a £50 cancellation fee being charged.


If you are on any course of treatment and fail to attend or are late (15 minutes or more) and the treatment cannot be performed, that treatment will be automatically deducted from the course.
Please note that if you do not attend an appointment, or give short notice (less than 48 hours), or no notice, we may decline to offer you a further appointment. The same rules apply to promotional events, vouchers and consultation bookings. 

 

Refunds


We do not offer refunds on any treatment delivered. However, if you change your mind about any treatment purchased within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative treatment or product or offer you a refund. We do not offer refunds on skincare products sold due to hygiene reasons. 

 

Complaints and Expectations 


Aesthetic treatments, aesthetic medicine and holistic treatments offered by Temple Clinic are not an exact science and therefore no guarantees can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. Every effort is made to ensure you have the best possible outcome, but as with all aesthetic and medical procedures, there can be a spectrum of results.
 

Results vary from person to person and depend on several factors, some of which cannot always be predicted. The predicted realistic outcome may be different from your expectations. We pride ourselves on treating all of our patients/clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, in the unlikely event that you have an concern with any aspect of your treatment, we ask that you contact us to discuss your concern in person. We will invite you to meet with our clinic manager to discuss your complaint and endeavour to agree a positive outcome.
 

Complications and Liability 


Although rare, some procedures might end with some unexpected complications. We will, of course, treat these to the best of our abilities and knowledge. If you need to see our practitioner urgently, you will have to travel to the clinic in person within our opening hours. In the very unlikely event of a complication being more serious and you need further treatment outside of our expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated in the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost. Please note it is possible that any private medical insurance may not cover complications arising from cosmetic work. 


Temple Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. 


Temple Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of Temple Clinic and by practitioners, regarding the before and after care of a treated area.

Childcare and Animals 


Our staff are unable to supervise children or pets during treatments for both health & safety and insurance reasons.
Please could we politely ask that you do not bring your children or pets along to your appointment, unless they are supervised by another adult. Children and pets will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons.
